Notice Requirements
A valid copyright takedown notice MUST include the following elements:
1. Physical or electronic signature of the copyright holder or authorized representative.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Specific URL(s) or description of the exact location of the allegedly infringing material on SPRT.
4. Your contact details (full legal name, mailing address, phone number, and email address).
5. A statement of good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Counter-Notification & Repeat Infringer Policy
If content was removed due to a copyright notice and you believe this was an error, you may submit a written counter-notification to copyright@sprt.news.
SPRT maintains a policy of terminating access for repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
